Delivery time

Ordered goods will be passed on to our shipping service as soon as possible after the order is placed. Due to the high level of picking required, it usually takes 1-2 days before your order can be fully dispatched. Articles with an amber light next to them have a reserved delivery, or a delivery period of one to three weeks.
Please be aware when placing your order that no goods are dispatched at weekends or on public holidays!
In exceptional cases, items from Leuchtturm, Lindner, KaBe, Kobra, Safe and Schaubek can have delivery times of up to 14 days if they are not in stock.

Payment method

You can pay on account or by direct debit/debit note for orders up to €150. We only accept cash in advance, credit card, cash on delivery or Paypal for orders over €150.
When paying cash on delivery a fee of €5 is levied on the invoice, along with an additional €2 upon receipt of the shipment (only available in Germany!)
For deliveries abroad we only accept cash in advance, credit card or PayPal (email address: webshop@sammlerposten.de))! All transfer costs must be paid by the customer. Bank direct debit is only possible from German and Austrian bank accounts.

You can use PayPal simply, quickly and securely to pay for purchases in many online shops.

PayPal is a credit institute (a bank). In order to use this method of payment you must open a PayPal account (bank account), which is free of charge to do. PayPal is always free for the buyer.
